The Foundation Safety and Rescue Course is a one day course.
I recommend these courses to everybody involved in canoeing and kayaking as it provides the necessary safety awareness to increase the safety of themselves and others plus the skills required to help themselves and others in difficulty.
It is a pre-requisite for the BCU UKCC coaching scheme.
