Sea Kayaking

Sea kayaking is one of the UK's fastest growing sports and was brought to us from the hunters of Alaska and Greenland by early pioneers such as Gino Watkins. The word kayak meaning "hunter's boat" in Eskimo or Inuit.

Devon and Cornwall have some of the finest unspoilt coastline to be found anywhere in the world and offer great opportunities for sea kayak exploration and wild camping, while Wales and Scotland offer yet more areas for sea kayak expeditions.

Art of Adventure can provide all you need to enjoy sea kayaking whether beginner or advanced, with coaching and guiding of the highest standard offering courses from sheltered water introductions to sea kayak safety and rescue in rough water plus all BCU UKCC Courses.

With introductions to sea kayaking in Devon from as little as £39 per person.
